These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by livetransfers.io, operated by The AI Agency LLC d/b/a livetransfers.io ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. The service
livetransfers.io provides a final expense live-transfer lead service. We generate leads and transfer qualified, available prospects to licensed insurance agents by phone. The specific features, delivery, and scope of the service are described on our website and may change over time.
3. Eligibility and licensing
Our services are intended for licensed insurance professionals. Participation requires that you hold active insurance licenses in at least ten (10) eligible states, as described on our website. You represent and warrant that all licensing information you provide is accurate and current, and that you are authorized to sell the relevant insurance products in the states where you accept transfers.
4. Campaigns, leads, and transfers
The number of live transfers and other details of each campaign are agreed with you before the campaign begins. Leads are generated at the start of your campaign. To get the best results, campaigns are intended to be used immediately after setup is complete. You are responsible for being available to receive and handle transferred calls. Leads and transfers are provided for your use and may not be resold or redistributed.
5. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including any number of sales, contacts, conversions, close rate, or return on investment. Statistics such as average close ratios or wait times are illustrative and not promises of your results. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your availability, sales approach, licensing, and market conditions. Results are not guaranteed.
6. Compliance obligations
You are responsible for your own compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules, Do-Not-Call requirements, and state insurance regulations, in connection with your handling of transferred calls and your sales activities. Nothing in our service relieves you of your independent compliance obligations.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including by: reselling or redistributing leads or transfers; using the services for any unlawful purpose; attempting to disrupt or compromise the services; or misrepresenting your identity, licensing, or authority.
8. Intellectual property
The website, its content, logos, and the livetransfers.io name are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that leads or transfers will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless livetransfers.io and its operators, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the services, your sales activities, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
